Our consulting services are provided based on the information available at the time of engagement and our professional judgment. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Clients are responsible for making their own business decisions based on our recommendations and their own assessment of their circumstances.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless skywardpath, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate a consulting engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the relevant service agreement. skywardpath reserves the right to terminate access to our website or services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall continue in effect.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Austria.

skywardpath shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.
